Our team has collectively managed over 1,000,000 square feet of ground-up construction and adaptive reuse of buildings valued at over $1 billion. These include residential, hospitality and mixed-use buildings, including 7 major projects in New York City.

We actively pursue our own development opportunities and welcome partnerships with owners and developers seeking to add value to new or existing assets.

As our client you can expect a feasibility study including financial underwriting, an estimate of costs and returns paired with a visual presentation of the reimagined property.
