D&A completed the development of 555 West End Avenue, which Kartik Desai and Evan Watts had been responsible for as a Partner and the Director of Development, respectively, at Tamarkin Co. prior to founding D&A Companies.
The $118 million project, at approximately 66,000 square feet and eight stories, is composed of 13 unique residential condominium units with sales averaging nearly $3,000 per square foot. Construction was completed in fall 2019.
