D&A was selected through a competitive RFP process to purchase and redevelop a property owned by a prominent institution on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. D&A plans to construct a 17-story, approximately 150,000 square foot building on the site, including a new 30,000 square foot facility for the institution. Closing is scheduled to occur and construction to begin in 2020.
