D&A designed this waterfront property on the North Fork of Long Island. The existing structures were demolished and replaced with a new residence, swimming pool, and accessory structures to take advantage of the spectacular setting on a 60-foot bluff with panoramic views of the Long Island Sound. Construction was completed in January 2020.
