740 Shades Creek is a 30,000 SF purpose-built regional headquarters for Morgan Stanley. The FiveStone Group hired D&A to consult on the development budget, financial underwriting, and guaranteed maximum price construction contract. The project broke ground in July 2024 and core and shell was completed in July 2025. The tenant has commenced their interior buildout with completion scheduled for second quarter 2026.
