D&A completed the development of 550 West 29th Street, which Kartik Desai and Evan Watts had been responsible for as a Partner and the Director of Development, respectively, at Tamarkin Co. prior to founding D&A Companies.

The $105 million project, at approximately 65,000 square feet and 12-stories, is composed of 19 residential condominiums and one commercial unit. Construction was completed in 2019.
